If you must cancel your registration, please send notice to info@csee.org.

• A registration may be transferred to another person at your school at any time, at no charge.

• No refund for cancellations received less than two weeks before an event. CSEE members who cancel less than two weeks before an event will receive an equivalent credit toward the registration for a future event.

No partial refund is issued to those who come late or leave early from an event. 

There is a $25 processing fee for refunds or billing modifications.

CSEE may be photographing adult participants at events for use in CSEE promotional materials. If the use of your likeness poses a problem, please let us know.
